This Workshop is all about understanding your fears and looking at societal influences on your self worth.

Workshop 2

Looks at understanding stress and anxiety, and the effects they have both physically and psychologically.

Workshop 3

We discover what mindfulness is and how it can help you.

Workshop 4

Looks at self compassion and how to increase it. 

As well as the interesting and informative workshops there will also be helpful group sessions on NLP (Neuro Linguistics Programming) self hypnosis, mindfulness, positive thinking,  EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and much more to teach you  techniques that can be used long after the retreat is over.

 Our aim is to give skills for life not just a few days.

You have complete choice over which activities you would like to join in with, and those which you would prefer not to take part in and have time to do your own thing.

However we do encourage you to join in with as many as you can as it really helps with your personal growth and healing as well as creating a group that feels more like a family.

Meditation and Mindfulness

Meditations will be a mixture of different types of breath work, visualisation meditations that we will talk you through, deep relaxation and releasing work with hypnotherapy.

Mindfulness will be covered in one of the workshops and we will practice mindfulness in a variety of different ways through out the week.

1:1 sessions

You will each receive one healing session of your choice. You can choose from:
Reiki, EFT, hypnotherapy, NLP, or a supportive life changes session which looks at your life goals and what is blocking you.

When you make your booking, you will be asked to rank the treatment you would like to receive in order of preference and whilst every effort will be made to give you your first choice, this cannot be guaranteed.
