Booking prices are per person and are all inclusive.
The beautifully appointed bedrooms are all on a shared basis:
Single bed in a triple bedroom £1300
Single bed in a twin room £1350
Double bed in a twin room £1400
If you would prefer to have your own room this is possible and it will be at a cost of £1950.
You will be sharing with a like-minded person and every effort will be made to ensure you are comfortable and happy with arrangements.
A deposit of £395 is requested to secure your place, with full payment required 12 weeks before the retreat commences. We will confirm all the dates and details when you book.

Contacts and How to book
Booking couldn’t be easier. You can secure your place today with a non-refundable deposit of £395 by either:
1) Using the PayPal button below and following the instructions – we will confirm your booking by email within 24hrs.
2) Contact Mags Turner on email@example.com and she will book you onto the retreat and you can choose to pay the deposit either via BACS or by cheque.

Terms and conditions
To secure your place on the retreat, we request a non-refundable deposit of £395.
The remaining balance is due 12 weeks prior to the start of your retreat and must be paid in full.
Please note that you are paying for your space on the retreat regardless of whether you attend or not, so with this in mind please note that once you have paid the balance there will be no refund.
Last minute bookings must be paid in full. This counts for anyone booking 12 weeks or less to the retreat start date.
In the exceptional circumstances of a death or critical illness in your family we will transfer 50% of the total cost towards another retreat. You will then still have to pay the remaining balance 12 weeks prior to the retreat taking place.
If in the unlikely event we have to cancel the retreat, a full refund of all monies will be given.
We reserve the right to change the timetable or activities if something happens beyond our control.
All valuables, cars and properties are the sole responsibility of yourself, the owner. We do not accept any liability for lost or broken items.
We accept no liability for loss damage, illness or injury during your stay.
Whilst you are welcome to bring and enjoy your own alcohol please note, no alcohol will be provided by us and your enjoyment should not infringe on the enjoyment of others.
Under no circumstances are drinking games permitted. We ask that all alcohol is enjoyed in moderation and with respect for all other people.
No abuse or bullying towards staff or fellow residents will be tolerated. You will receive a warning that your behaviour is unacceptable and if you continue you will be asked to leave. In this case no refunds will be given.
All information you give us about yourself will kept in confidence in accordance with the data protection acts. The exceptions being, child protection issues, significant harm to self or others, money laundering, acts of terrorism or, if we asked to give evidence in a court of law. In these circumstances we will let you know where extra support for yourself will come from.
All our staff have appropriate personal insurance.
If you have any complaints you can either verbally or in writing pass these onto any one of the staff who will do their best to ensure your complaint is dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.
Everyone has a duty of care to each other to be kind and supportive at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse a place on the retreat should your behaviour or verbal communications be inappropriate, offensive, disrespectful or abusive.
It is your responsibility to inform us in writing of any allergies or food intolerances you may have.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any mental or physical health issues that may affect your stay with us.
By booking your retreat with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
